This can be chipped out, but you will need to ensure that all the root stock is removed. alternatively, you can let us know about any new plants through uploading them on this platform and the Biosecurity team well get an alert and we will head out to treat the area.

Several Paleaphatidae have a diagonal line on the forewing but it goes from mid-hindmargin to apex, not costa to tornus like this one.
